Privacy Policy
Last updated: 21 Nov 2025
This Privacy Policy explains how CodeSpectrum (“we”, “us”, “our”) processes information when you use our websites and services, including Picsera for Amazon Sellers.
1. Information We Process
- Account & Contact Data: name, email, company details provided via forms or support.
- Operational Data: product listings, media assets, and metadata you submit or authorize us to access via Amazon SP-API.
- Technical Data: logs, device/browser information, IP address, and usage metrics.
2. How We Use Information
- To provide and improve the Services (listing management, audits, A+ content workflows).
- To authenticate and authorize access (including via Amazon’s Login With Amazon / SP-API flows).
- To communicate about support, incidents, updates, and billing where applicable.
3. SP-API Data Handling
- We access SP-API data only for the Amazon seller account that grants authorization and only for requested features.
- We do not resell, share, or aggregate SP-API data across sellers. We do not create market-wide analytics from other sellers’ data.
- We store SP-API tokens securely and revoke them upon request or when authorization expires.
4. Legal Bases
We process data based on contract performance, legitimate interests (to deliver and secure the Services), and compliance with legal obligations.
5. Data Sharing
We may share data with trusted processors (e.g., hosting, storage/CDN, email) under contracts that require confidentiality and security. We do not sell personal data.
6. Security
We use encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, logging, and other safeguards. No method of transmission is 100% secure; we strive to protect your data using industry-standard practices.
7. Data Retention & Deletion
- Operational data is retained only as long as needed to provide the Services or as required by law.
- On offboarding or request, we revoke SP-API tokens immediately and delete seller content and derived data within 30 days, except where retention is required for billing/tax records.
8. Your Choices
- You may request access, correction, or deletion of your information by contacting hi@codespectrum.in.
- You may revoke SP-API access at any time via Amazon’s consent management.
9. International Transfers
Depending on your location, data may be processed in other countries. We take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.
10. Children
Our Services are not directed to children. We do not knowingly process personal data of children.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted with an updated date.
